Could anyone give me some pointers about EMT (Emotional Feedback Therapy I think). Is it effective, any personal experiences you can share?

I realise that question was a bit broad. Does anyone know any good sources of information on EFT, books, sites etc?

Does anyone have any strong opinions on how effective it is?

oh dear, have only just realised that when I wrote this I didnt understand how three letter acronyms (TLA) work....
