Past Life Regression

Can anyone recommend a good book so I can find out a bit more about this form of memory/knowledge recall. I am interested for my own use and because I get asked about it a lot as a practicing hypnotherapist, it is assumed I know the answer! So I would like to be able to talk about it in an educated manner. Thanks

You may find Other lives other Selves by Roger Woolenger an interesting read.
The other book I have read on the subject is Seeing The Unseen By Ormond McGuill.

There are two aspects to this subjectÑpast life regression and past life regression therapy. The former merely allows you to look at supposed past lives while the latter is a hypnotherapeutic technique for using the past life regression experience to improve life today.

For the most complete resource on the subject, I would respectfully recommend the 2-volume set, entitled Regression Therapy by Winafred Blake Lucas.

Thank you Don and Bill, I shall hunt out the books as soon as. It is the theraputic aspect I am interested in, I have enough on my plate with this life I don't need to look at any other challenges.
