How can i get the energy from Universe?

I read last month that i should imagine an energy ball in my chest and the ball is absorbing the energy from universe and the energy is flying through my body, is it right? :)

Check out "reiki." It's an energy healing, for yourself and others. You can find practitioners in your area or someone who is a master/teacher can attune you, or open you up to the energy.

Connie is correct. The Universe is full of energy. In Usui Reiki the energy comes through the Crown Chakra to fill the body. In Kundalini Reiki the energy comes from Mother Earth through the Root Chakra. There are different types of Reiki for different applications.

Go to the library and get some books on Reiki so you will know exactly which one or ones that you want and then find a Reiki Master Teacher that will attune you.
