I've recently come across a realy intimate thing that couples can do to increase the connection they have. It is a process of simply standing,laying,sitting opposite a partner in a relaxed state while holding hands (left hand facing up),looking left eye to left eye and breathing at the same rate which is kept in time by raising and lowering the hands, to stay focused use preriferral vision.

Hmmm, that's interesting considering a woman seems to have a very egocentric view, she wants to get all the pleasure for herself, isn't really into sharing her experience. You don't actually have to hold your breath ( breath holding can hinder energy moving, the problem most women have achieving orgasm), but you can have endless orgasm as long as you sound.. energy follows breath and pulling the energy up from the second chakra through your crown and out to the universe, will blow your mind..

I have been there for a day or so... spiritual orgasm.. it's the easiest path to expansion I have felt;)
