Transformation Wishes

If you were able to achieve an eologically sound core transformation at this
very instant, what would you wish it to be and how would your life look
different? This is, of course, a highly personal question. As such, anyone

I would change how I feel about my self ......or to use a nominalisation.....'self worth' (this is a nominalisation as in some respects I am an arrogant *******)


What has stopped me? Why haven't I made the change?


to date nobody who I have approached for help has been able to reach this core level or I should more accurately state......helped ME reach this level.
You could even say that I probably sabotage any attempts as I haven't the strategies or experience to have a full representation of how my life would be different if such a change were to occurr
