It was fun, interesting stuff. Although I didn't let go as much as I wanted to experience it, I still had a different experience. It was more physical than my meditation 'feeling' that's usually mental(room spinning, body falling, body stretching, etc.)
Heat/Burning/Constant Jolt feeling? Not uncomfortable.

One thing that didn't help is I popped into "trance mode" thinking I'm helping, and it dulled everything out. When I go into "trance mode" I get really zoned out for a while and can't get out of it, so pretty much after that I couldn't feel anything. Can't explain that...

Was this an attunement? Or was someone sending you reiki? Or hands on? :) Reiki is very, very cool. To give, and to receive. I'm sure you'll have more opportunities to experience it, so don't sweat the "trancing out" thing.

Hands on Connie.
There's a group I found that meets biweekly.

Stoic,

Something that I have found that inhances Reiki flow is a technique called Quantum Touch. From the Reiki folks I've trained in QT they like the advantage.

It helps one go into a focus mode more so than a trance mode (mind-wondering).

To Your Best,

Am I correct that you are into Kundalini Reiki? That is FUN! As for trancing, could not think of anything better! For me, any old excuse will do! Pood
