Hi,
It looks like I will be doing some work with some sports people on performance coaching. I have a few of my own idea's but was wondering what you have found to be the best techniques for achieving optimum results.

This isn't meant to be a "flame" yet I bought Jeffrey's book back about 2 years ago. I sincerely hope that Jeffrey is a FAR BETTER coach than he is an author becuase the book is nothing more than about 15 chapters each ending with nothing more than a bunch visualization exercises and affirmations. I won't tell you John Grinder's "take" on affirmations.
