Hi,
I'm going to help a friend use NLP to get rid of her fear of heights/falling. I had a discussion with her about it already. Since I'm new at this, I thought I'd pass it by you guys for your thoughts.
Planning to do the phobia cure from Andreas's "Heart of Mind" book. Her fear, though, isn't like others I've talked to who get scared of looking down or scared of the noise or wind. She gets scared that her legs will give out and she'll fall (or let herself) fall off. Her legs physically start hurting as she climbs up ladders or or is on catwalks (when visiting cathedrals).
She's fine on bridges or in a highrise leaning up against a window and looking down.
This is probably pretty simple, but want to get it right with her the first time (and hopefully let me practice other things with her).
