I just watched a headache cured by what appeared to be collapsing anchors; what I thought I saw:

1. Describe and assign an intensity measure to headache
2. Anchor
3. Find a very pleasurable memory; amplify pleasure
4. Anchor
5. Distract, return to neutral
6. Collapse Anchors
7. Return to 1 (Intensity measure should be less); repeat until Intensity reaches zero

I have a feeling I missed one or two steps. Is this described anywhere?

As a slight side point, most headaches are caused by tension, allergies, or some other mild problem which would eventually pass on its own. However, some headaches may be a symptom of something far more serious. Sudden severe headaches when you are not used to having them, as well as headaches that last for a long time or repeat, might be a symptom of a problem. Please consult a physician.

There are *many* methods to stop a headache.
If you see someone pop a couple of aspirin, and you do likewise, you've used an NLP method.
NLP simply means copying someone else.
