Short question,

When you people imagine images do you imagine them inside your mind or project them outside into the realworld. Theres alot of refrences to making a screen and where its position is. Ive always just imagined stuff inside my mind but dont get any results from NLP techniques yet, im thinking maybe i need to start projecting these images outside like they r physicaly infront of me.

thx Dan

Inside or outside.

It has to start inside your mind, then you can imagine it outside if you want.

It depends on where your pictures are naturally.
If I ask you to think of an apple, the image will naturally appear somewhere. That's the location you work with for that object.

Where is not important. Where you would naturally create the image is what is important.

You might find it helps to imagine a screen on the back of your eyes. Stare at a bright light for a minute (not the sun) close your eyes and as you see the image of the light on the back of your eyes imagine an orange or anything at all following the light around. Give it shape, colour, texture.
