Hi, Karbak! NLP makes short work of anxiety. How would you rather feel?

One on one work with a skilled NLP person will help you faster than learning in a group setting.

By the way, learning is not therapy. It's learning. I teach NLP and encourage students NOT to bring out their big emotional "stuff" to the exercises. It's not the proper setting for it.

It's also more difficult (my experience) attempting to apply those learnings to one's own situation--thinking, calibrating, and conducting a trance and changework while being in a trance at the same time. It's easier if someone else guides you.

There are many "schools" of NLP. I recommend (if I'm allowed to do that here) the one created by the co-creator of NLP himself--Dr. Bandler. His graduates will have the titles: Licensed Practitioner of NLP (registered trademark), or Licensed Master Practitioner of NLP (registered trademark), or Licensed Trainer of NLP (registered trademark). If you find one of those people, you'll know that they have been exposed to NLP the way the co-originator intends it be presented. That means, more skill.

Good luck! Anxiety is an easy fix in the hands of someone skilled to help you.
